prefix ต่อไปนี้จะเป็นกลุ่มที่มีความหมายในเชิงไม่ดี เลวลง ผิดพลาดในทาง ลบ ไม่ถูกต้อง เป็นของปลอม ลอกเลียนแบบ prefix กลุ่มนี้มักจะใช้เติมหน้าคำกริยา นาม หรือคุณคำศัพท์

นอกจาก prefix กลุ่มช้างต้นนี้ ยังมีอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งซึ่งเป็น prefix บอกระดับและ ขนาด หมายความว่า เมื่อนำ prefix กลุ่มนี้ไปเติมหน้าคำใด จะทำให้คำนั้น ๆ มีความอยู่ในระดับใด ขนาดใด ถ้าใช้เติมหน้าคำนามจะหมายถึงคนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ prefix กลุ่มนี้ใช้เติมหน้าคำกริยาและคุณศัพท์ได้ด้วย

Prefix หรือพยางค์ที่ใช้เติมหน้าคำมีบทบาทสำคัญช่วยในการเรียนเกี่ยวกับคัพท์ ได้มาก เพียงแต่นักศึกษารู้ความหมายของ prefix และเมื่อ prefix เหล่านั้นไปเติมหน้าคำ ใด ความหมายของคำ ๆ นั้น ก็จะมีความหมายของ prefix ร่วมอยู่ด้วย
